Healthy Multigrain Atta

Our multigrain atta is the speciality of BD Feeds and always remains in high demand. It is composed of nine grains: jowar (sorghum), bajra (pearl millet), ragi (finger millet), soyabean, gram, maize, barley, rice and black wheat.

Contrary to most brands containing high amounts of ordinary wheat, we use black wheat — rich in anthocyanin pigments acting as antioxidants, minimising aging. Our multigrain atta achieves 16.5% protein through soyabean and gram inclusion.

Sattu — Energy in a Bowl

This gluten-free, protein-rich, energising food is a delicacy in the Indian subcontinent. In India, this nutritious superfood was a staple in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Thousands of years ago, soldiers and travellers used to carry sattu as a ready-to-eat food or drink with water.

BD Feeds uses high quality roasted Bengal gram for making sattu. About 25% of the gram's coat (skin) is removed mechanically — preserving just enough fibre and minerals for a healthy digestive system, while making the flour better for drinking and eating.
